讲述了首尔市政府机动队科长与骗子同心协力，为征收高额税金滞纳者的滞纳税金发生各种惊心动魄的故事。剧中包含了通过电话诈骗（Voice Phishing）、简讯欺诈（smishing）等方式进行的不动产、保险、快递等诈骗案件，展现了日常生活中人们能够轻易接触到、受害的欺诈方法。
