◎简 介
林世荣（卢海鹏 饰）生前是黄飞鸿的弟子，死后未能获得投胎转世的机会，成为了流落阳间的孤魂野鬼。林世荣辗转来到了一间学校之中，在这里，校长廖慧珠（吴浣仪 饰）和教导主任欧阳协成（卢海鹏 饰）沆瀣一气，中饱私囊，不知道在公款里捞了多少的好处，这让知晓真相的学生们十分气愤。
学生们设计想要戏弄校长和教导主任，没想到却弄巧成拙令两人不幸丧命，就在这个节骨眼上，林世荣碰巧飘过，附在了教导主任的身上借尸还魂。林世荣生性活泼爱玩，在他的带领下，校园内的气氛逐渐转变。之后，协成的冤魂找到了林世荣，两人为了抢夺肉身而展开了激烈的争斗。
