该剧讲述了介绍了“三类法庭”，立意之深用心良苦同时又着力批判了传媒不负责、不实事求是、部分人心中道德沦丧，法律对真正罪犯的无能为力。穿插了青蛙公主和青蛙蝎子现代版，通过韦海怡前后强烈反差及海怡与中宝之间感情冲突反映了人性脆弱善变。
